After many sins in Disney we are back to eating healthy!! Drew & I are doing a 30 day cleanse. So glad he’s doing it with me. We got this!!
Breakfast: protein shake
Morning snack: broccoli w/ hummus
Lunch: half a steak, 1/2 roasted sweet potato & green beans
Afternoon snack: hard boiled egg
Dinner: protein shake. Doctored this 1 up..was MUCH better
Day 1 was good!! Too many calories because of the steak though. I went & stocked up on lean proteins today. I’m excited about this journey. Happy we are making great changes 🙂
