fun with cooking

Today I tried to eat super clean because I didn’t work out 😦 I love my workouts now!! 

Breakfast: eggs with onion, tomato & jalapeño 

Lunch: chicken salad

Dinner: seared tuna

Dinner was my cooking experiment. I crusted it with pepper & sesame seeds then seared it for 30 seconds a side. Was it good? Sure it was tasty. Wasn’t as good as I’d hoped for though 😦 but it’s fun to experiment in the kitchen

 

 After a super long day I’m ready to read & go to bed early!
