Another rainy day!

I cant wait for the rain to be over! We are supposed to finally have nice weather this weekend which i’m happy for because i’m going to the city on Sunday.  Today has been busy!  After work this morning i stopped by the farmer’s market.  It’s the 1st day the market has been open this season and i’m SO excited.  I got some nice romaine & bibb lettuce, cherries, polish sausage from this amazing polish family(it’s the best sausage you’ll ever eat!), some dried fruits and whole grain sourdough

ImageThen I made some Greek chicken.  I’m obsessed w/ greek food lately.  So good!  I marinated chicken thighs in:

  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 TB olive oil
  • 1 TB oregano
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • lemon zest
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves

Let that sit over night then grilled

I also took my poor dog to the vet today.  His allergies are so bad.  Tonight we will be booking our trip to Disney in the fall for Food & Wine YAY!!!!  Here is part of a mural high school students are painting in the library.  I love the little Sebastian!
