Bone broth update

I started my broth yesterday and this morning I strained it twice and let it cool in a gallon size mason jar.  The fat started separating which is good..easy to skim off.  I have to say it was pretty amazing! It has such a deep flavor..Drew says it’s almost like beef broth.  I wouldnt bother mixing this in a soup. (I was going to do chicken and rice) This is great on it’s own.  Breakfast of champions!
