Breakfast – bacon, eggs & jalapenos
Lunch – spicy Italian sausage, brie w/ honey and an apple
Dinner – pulled pork w/ coleslaw
I love pulled pork but have never made it. I followed this pulled pork recipe. I used smoked paprika instead of regular. Once it was done though it just didn’t have enough flavor so we did add half a bottle of jarred BBQ sauce. We will be eating pulled pork for the next month though. ha The recipe was good though!
Day 12 & 13 have been bad. I’ll start up again on day 14. Happy weekend!
