I miss my little food blog so here I am. Drew and I love to grill on the weekends. We decided on fish tacos for Saturday. At Central Market we asked the fish guy what he recommended and he said to go with the Mako shark. He also talked us into getting this marinade they make in house. So we put that on the fish for a couple house, threw it on the grill and it was ready!
This fish was thick, meaty and SOOOOOOOOOOO good. We put a little napa cabbage and cajun sauce on the tacos. Served with black beans. Great dinner!
