Tonight I took a stab at tomato, basil pizza. Easy enough right? I got a crust from Central Market so how hard could it be right?
First i sliced the tomatoes and topped with a drizzle of Olive oil, salt, and pepper
then put GLOBS of super fresh mozzarella on…MMMMMMMMMM MOZZARELLA
Put it in a 400 oven for about 15-20 min then top with fresh basil and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. pretty huh?
This was ok but far from what I’d hoped for. I’m going to keep tweaking it and it will get there.
