Today I made a new shake. I got the idea from this book I’m reading called Spent…its about how what you eat affects your energy level. He is BIG on NON processed foods. So here is what was in it:
Almond milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen berries and Amazing Grass
I gave Amazing Grass another shot. I used HALF the packet. The shake was huge. pretty tasty and REALLY healthy!
After I chugged this down, I got started on dinner. I made veggie enchiladas. I got the recipe from cooking light. Basically all you do is sautee mushrooms in Mexican spices w/ garlic and 1/2 an onion. Toss in spinach till it wilts. The put in 2 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese till it melts.
