I made these noodles from Food Network Magazine to go with it. These were REALLY good.
1. cook the ramen noodles in hot water for 5 min
2. sautee 1lb of wild mushrooms in vegetable oil and the ramen noodle season packet. (mine was miso flavored)
3. toss noodles in butter and the mushrooms
I thought the meatballs had too much ginger but otherwise yum dish and WITH the noodles it was 8 weight watcher points. Pretty good!!!!
