New diet…

Every day I now start with an English muffin, egg whites, and nitrate free, 97% fat free ham. MMMMM It’s so delish that I look forward to my mornings!

My trainer suggested this new snack for me, but it has become my favorite thing ever!  Rice cake, a dab of peanut butter and sliced almonds.  Gives some carbs, protein, and Omega 3s.  I eat this snack twice a day…once 2 hrs after breakfast and again 2 hours before my work out.  Addicted its SOOO good.
