Sunday eating

Today I cooked for Grandad and Drew.  I have been following this Weight Watchers blog and I decided to try out a couple of her recipes.  I made a lighter chicken cordon blue and a light red potato salad.

The cordon blue was just baked instead of fried.  The red potato salad had:

1 tbs. light mayo

1 tbs. dijon mustard

1 tbs. red wine vinegar

1 tbs. olive oil

1/4 c. chopped red onion

3 green onions

lots of salt and pepper to taste

It was DELIIIISH!!!!!!!!
